Technology Manager

• Own the technical scope and engineering coordination across projects
• Review designs, specifications and engineering deliverables
• Safeguard technical standards, quality and compliance
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering interfaces — civil, electrical, MEP, controls
• Support procurement with technical evaluation and specifications
• Provide technical input to constructability, commissioning and handover
• Resolve technical issues across design and site
• Support SCADA, controls and electrical infrastructure interfaces, especially for data centers, grid and storage

• 5+ years in an engineering or technical lead role in energy, data centers or infrastructure
• Strong multi-disciplinary engineering understanding (electrical / MEP an advantage)
• Experience coordinating design and engineering across project phases
• Ability to translate technical decisions into delivery and commercial impact
• Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented
• Strong stakeholder communication across technical and project teams
• Degree in engineering or a related field; fluent in English
