Construction Manager

• Manage and oversee all on-site activities — safe, on time, to quality
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, engineers and suppliers on site
• Monitor site progress and resolve on-site issues and conflicts
• Run regular site inspections and coordination meetings
• Maintain accurate site documentation — daily reports, safety records, progress updates
• Ensure all site personnel adhere to safety and environmental regulations
• Keep the Project Manager updated on activities, risks and potential delays
• Support material procurement to mitigate delays and support project handover

• 3+ years managing construction sites, preferably EPC projects in renewable energy, data centers or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety and quality management
• Proven experience working with subcontractors, suppliers and authorities
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and motivate site teams
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Willing to travel and work on-site extensively
• Fluent in English
