As Technical Project Manager in our Solutions team you take ownership of a broad range of technical tasks and projects across Technica’s work areas. You work closely with customers and colleagues to clarify scope, translate their needs into workable technical solutions, and deliver on time, on budget and to the right quality. Beyond project execution you are part of Technica’s outward-facing profile — building customer relationships, spotting opportunities to add value, and supporting smaller sales activities alongside the commercial team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate technical projects and assignments from scope to delivery
- Clarify customer needs and translate them into workable technical solutions
- Act as the direct point of contact for customers and build lasting relationships
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Support smaller commercial and sales activities alongside the sales team
- Contribute practically to technical tasks and problem-solving, on site or remotely
- Coordinate resources and specialists to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Track project progress, budget and quality, and report clearly to customers and management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of how the Solutions team works
About you
- Background as marine engineer, building construction engineer, automation technician or a similar technical field
- Experience with project management — mindset, ownership and a practical approach matter more than a perfect formal background
- Comfortable working directly with customers and building trust-based relationships
- Commercially minded, with an instinct for spotting additional value for customers
- Structured, practical and hands-on in solving technical challenges
- Able to work independently across varied assignments with broad responsibility
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Willing to travel occasionally — approximately 20 days a year
