  • Monitor and document site activities through checklists, inspection records, delivery records, photo documentation, daily reports, and quality/logistics tracking tools.
  • Support site logistics by coordinating material deliveries, offloading, distribution, access routes, waste areas, and temporary storage areas.
  • Support quality and logistics briefings, toolbox talks, and guidance to subcontractor personnel on project quality standards, material control, site logistics, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the site management team, HSE, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management to ensure that quality, safety, environmental, logistics, and programme requirements are aligned on site.
  • Support the handover process by collecting, checking, and organizing quality records, delivery documentation, material certificates, inspection records, and other close-out documentation to ensure that deliverables meet client and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Around 2 years of experience in quality control, logistics coordination, site supervision, or similar roles on construction sites, preferably from EPC projects within PV, wind, BESS, data centre, or other technically demanding infrastructure sectors.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply project specifications, technical drawings, and standards
  • Good understanding of site-based quality control and logistics, including inspections, documentation, material handling, deliveries, storage, and traceability.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
  • Experience using quality management systems and tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site approximately 200 days per year
